Montague Veterinary Hospital (MVH) was established in 1964 on
the site of the Westbrook Farm in Montague, New Jersey.
Richard H. Coburn, D.V.M. purchased the hospital from his
Cornell Veterinary College classmate, Robert Westbrook, in 1973.
Under Dr. Coburn's ownership and direction, the hospital has
been a certified member of the American Animal Hospital
Association since 1974. Approximately 17 percent of the small
animal veterinary hospitals in the United States and Canada are
accredited AAHA members.
AAHA standards are recognized around the world as the
benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine.
